A: Download Table Shark from www.pokerprolabs.com , launch it and click Obtain Trial License, enter your email address and click Ok. The license information will be emailed to that email address.

Q: I enter the license id and password and get an error message. Did I do something wrong?
A: Please make sure you have entered the correct license id and password. Please keep in mind the trial license is valid for 3 days. Also, you cannot request multiple licenses from the same computer. Q: I know Table Shark works with Poker Tracker. Do I need to have Poker Tracker to use Table Shark?
A: Not at all. Table Shark is a standalone tool. However, it is fully integrated with Poker Tracker allowing you to see players in your Poker Tracker database who are currently online.

Q:

How do I connect Table Shark to Poker Tracker?

A: 1. Launch and log into Table Shark
2. Click on Settings -> Preferences and then click Database in the left pane :
If you use Microsoft Access then click on Microsoft Access as shown below. The default path to your Poker Tracker will be listed in the File Name box. No user or password is required by default.

Once you are done setting up the database connection click “Test Connection” and then click “OK’.

If you use PostgreSQL then use the following default user name and password to connect to Poker Tracker:
User id – postgres
Password – dbpass

Once you are done setting up the database connection click “Test Connection” and then click “OK’.

Q: I try running Table Shark but get an error message – something about the database/data source/driver. What gives?
A: If you use Poker Tracker 2 then the error message means you do not have the latest version of PostgreSQL installed. Table Shark works only with the latest version PostgreSQL. Here is the link containing the instructions on how to install the latest PostgreSQL patch:

Filters on the left hand side of Table Shark allow you to narrow your search by specifying:

Game Type (Fixed, Pot, No Limit)
Stakes ($0.25-$1.00, $5-$10, etc)
Player Number – Number of players at the table.
